Terms and Conditions
- General provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the seller and the buyer regarding the purchase of products through this online store.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Prices and payment
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT if applicable.
The payment method is displayed during the checkout process.
- Delivery
Products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer when placing the order.
Delivery time depends on product availability and the delivery service.
- Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right, without giving any reason, to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right to withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller of their decision via email or a withdrawal form.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal, but the seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
- Returns and claims
The buyer is obliged to return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the notice of withdrawal.
The product must be unused and in its original condition, unless it involves checking the functionality of the product.
In the case of a complaint, the applicable legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia and the EU apply.
- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the buyer's specifications
- goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery
- digital content if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent
- Limitation of liability
The seller is not liable for any damage resulting from the improper use of the product.
- Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is regulated by a separate 'Privacy Policy' page in accordance with the GDPR regulation.
